I have 3 or 4 FOs to blog about but I guess I'll start with the most recent. So I introduce to you Kai-Mei.

Marty and I went up to san jose on Friday because I wanted to go to mbyouh orchestra reunion/holiday concert. And I packed my usuals of course: knitted items, WIPs, knitting needles, etc. And then at the last minute, on the way out of our apartment, I grabbed a skein of Cascade Heritage sock yarn, and Sock Innovation by cookie a, just in case I get bored of my WIPs.

I'm so glad I did, because when I got settled in the car, I wound up the yarn into a ball, and cast on for these babies.

I was able to finish both sides on the 4-day trip!!! And these are sooo cute and lovely. I wish I could wear them soon but the weather in so cal has been rain-rainstorm-rain-rain. Nonstop. And the socks are taking forever to dry.
