Round 5 is now complete!
Which means, I used up 50 skeins/hanks/balls of yarn since November! Woohoo!
By the way, the small bits and scraps from the challenge less than 50g are collected in a little suitcase in Logan's room, so that when he's here and I'm exhausted and can't really knit on big stuff, I'll just be making tube socks for him :)
Round 5 completed items:
Friend's Legwarmer (1)
Marty's Flamin' Socks (1)
Cleckheaton Hat from their Kit (2) - blocking now; photo coming soon!
Toil & Trouble Socks for Boston Knitter KAL (1)
Foxie & Wolfie Hat (2)
And at last week's knitting group meetup, I gave away 24 balls of yarn to the ladies. That's destashing too right?! It was my desperate attempt to get rid of yarns, and losing a little bit of knitting mojo after getting that upsetting news about mom's health (although I've found out later that knitting really is the only way I'm coping with this), and wanting to shop for more yarns to make myself feel better.
So for the round 5, I got rid of 30 balls of yarn from my stash. It feels REALLY good to be able to say that.
